Introducing the "Classically Canadian" Caesar

No cocktail is more Canadian than the caesar. It's tangy, briny and hearty with just a little kick of smoke and spice. We took that classic recipe and kicked it up a notch. Introducing our latest cocktail creation, the Canada150 "Classically Canadian." Try out the recipe at home or swing by the lodge for a post-hike fuel up at our famous Afternoon Tea.

Get off the tourist route and sample the delights of Alberta

"A friendly and helpful team run the lodge to give visitors the best possible experience. We stayed for 4 nights and were able to see a variety of wildlife and do some hiking in the surrounding Provincial Park….The views of the meadow, river and mountains were spectacular from our room, the restaurant and decking…Everyone sits down to meals at the same time which was a lovely way to meet people and learn from them ideas of good places to visit….We enjoyed our visit and would recommend it to anyone who wants to get off the tourist route and sample the delights of Alberta, Canada.”
