On Group Bookings

3 months prior:
We will call or email and see if you need any promotional material, and confirm which facilities you are booking

2 months prior:
We will call or email to see how many bookings you have confirmed so far
We will also enquire if there is anything we can further do to help with your group event

6 Weeks prior:
We will call or email to confirm the final "non-refundable" date for your group booking; any rooms not booked will be opened up for other guest bookings (and you will be liable for any applicable deposits)
