As a lifelong adventurer, instructor Sarah Harvie has been leading people on their inner and outer journeys for over fifteen years. This spring, we welcome Sarah back to the Lodge for our Yoga Mountain Adventure Retreat. Join us for a 2 or 3-night retreat with Yoga (Asana & Nidra), Pranayama Meditation and self-guided hiking.

 WHAT TO BRING

Please bring a journal, yoga mat, blanket, and bathing suit (for the wood-fired sauna).

Yoga props, a diverse yoga asana & philosophy library, and trail recommendations for all levels will be available for you at the Lodge. 
Lodging and meals are included in the cost of the retreat.

“We've been lucky to spend 3 nights at the lodge. Days filled with hiking and exploring. Enjoyed watching moose and their young in the meadow and have some amazing photographs. We also were blessed to see a young grizzly on the day we departed. This past summer, we spent several hours enjoying afternoon tea (Engadine style) on their deck. A large bull moose across the meadow, sunning himself. Go and stay as long as you can, and if you can't stay go for tea. The nature, lodge, location and staff won't disappoint you.”
