For Summer 2008, our rates will be booked on a per person basis. Beginning December 19, 2008, our rates will be booked on a per room basis. To fully appreciate the Lodge, its spectacular surroundings and ambiance, a two night minimum booking is required. Single nights may be available if you are booking less than two weeks in advance.

Rates include our full buffet breakfast, build-it-yourself lunch, afternoon tea with baked goods, and a gourmet dinner with fresh bread and homemade dessert.

All rooms are tastefully appointed and have private bathrooms. The entire lodge and guestrooms are non-smoking.

All children four years and under stay for free, while children under twelve years receive a 50% discount. There is a 10% discount for stays of four nights or more.

Pets, up to two, are welcome in our Elk Suite and Whiskeyjack Cabin. There is a $20 per pet charge added to your reservation. Pets are welcome to visit in our sitting areas of the main lodge, but are not permitted in the dining area.

A deposit is required at the time of booking. Cancellations with more than 2 weeks notice are subject to a $50 administration fee. Cancellations, date changes, or early departures within 14 days of a booking will forfeit the deposit.

2009 Room Rates (from Dec. 19, 2008 to October 11, 2009)

We have recently completed major renovations to the upstairs Lodge Rooms. We are now pleased to offer our guests private bathrooms and sitting areas in all of our Rooms at Mount Engadine Lodge providing even more comfort.

The elimination of our shared bath accommodations has led to a change in how we charge our guests for stays at the Lodge. We now offer our rates on a per room basis as the majority of our rooms now accommodate two guests.

Beginning December 19, 2008, children four years and under stay for free, while children 5-12 are $100 per night when staying with adults in our Moose or Elk Suites on the hide-a-beds.

Should you be travelling by yourself and wish to book a room which normally accommodates 2 guests, please deduct $100 from the above rates.
