Meadows Edge Chalet:

* rates in Canadian funds, taxes are additional. There is a 10% discount for stays of four nights or more.


Children four years and under stay for free, while children 5-12 are $100 per night when staying with adults in our Moose or Elk Suites on the hide-a-beds.

Should you be travelling by yourself and wish to book a room which normally accommodates 2 guests, please deduct $100 from the above rates.

Pets, up to two are welcome in our Elk Suite or Whiskeyjack Cabin. There is a $20 per pet charge added to your reservation. Pets are welcome to visit in our sitting areas of the main lodge, but are not permitted in the dining area.

A deposit equal to the first night's stay is required at the time of booking. Cancellations with more than 2 weeks notice are subject to a $50 administration fee. Cancellations, date changes, or early departures within 14 days of a booking will forfeit the deposit.

Visa and Mastercard are accepted forms of payment, as is cash.

Some Additional Reservation Information
All accommodations include breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner.
A two night minimum stay is required, and Tourism Levy (4%) and GST (6%) are not included.

Private Room Option, when available (call us at 403-678-4080 to request)
Add $75/person/night to the rates.

Deposits and Cancellation
A $100 dollar (per person) deposit is due when making a reservation.
Cancellations with more than 2 weeks notice are subject to a $50 administration fee.  Cancellations, date changes
or early departures within 14 days of arrival will forfeit the deposit.

On all group, event and wedding bookings, a $1,000 deposit is required at time of booking. Cancellations subject to deposit forfeiture.
