Some Additional Reservation Information All accommodations include breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner. A two night minimum stay is required, and Tourism Levy (4%) and GST (6%) are not included. Private Room Option, when available (call us at 403-678-4080 to request) Add $75/person/night to the rates. Deposits and Cancellation A $100 dollar (per person) deposit is due when making a reservation. Cancellations with more than 2 weeks notice are subject to a $50 administration fee. Cancellations, date changes or early departures within 14 days of arrival will forfeit the deposit. On all group, event and wedding bookings, a $1,000 deposit is required at time of booking.
