As a lifelong adventurer, instructor Sarah Harvie has been leading people on their inner and outer journeys for over fifteen years. This Winter, we welcome Sarah back to the Lodge for our Yoga Mountain Adventure Retreat. Join us for a 2 or 3-night retreat with Yoga (Asana & Nidra), Pranayama Meditation and self-guided cross-country skiing and snowshoeing.

 WHAT TO BRING

Please bring a journal, yoga mat, blanket, winter gear, and a bathing suit (for the wood-fired sauna).

Yoga props, a diverse yoga asana & philosophy library, and trail recommendations for all levels will be available for you at the Lodge. 
Lodging and meals are included in the cost of the retreat.

“The lodge is built on the edge of a meadow surrounded by mountains. It is remote and wonderful. The food is great, particularly the afternoon tea – a deli-style mixture of cheeses, olives and cold meats followed by cake. There is a range of tea and coffee (with teapots and big mugs) available 24/7 – by far the best tea we had in Canada, with heavenly views.”
